How does the Starter tier user limit and free trial work?

The Starter tier is free forever for up to 4 users. Teams with up to 10 users can try Starter free for 90 days.

After the 90-day trial ends:

  • 4 users can continue using the platform at no cost
  • 6 users will lose access unless you upgrade.

To keep full access for everyone, you can move to our Standard tier, which includes 15 full-access users.

How does onboarding work on the Starter tier?

The Starter tier uses a self-onboarding process, and there is no onboarding fee. You and your team can migrate your own data at your own pace.

To support you, we provide onboarding guides and walkthroughs on how to import your data and configure your workspace.

While our team does not perform the migration for Starter users, the resources provided make it easy to get up and running quickly and confidently.

 

Is there a minimum contract length?

No, there is no minimum contract length.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is protected with enteriprise-grade encryption, regular backups, and strict access controls. You own your data — always.

What's included in the onboarding cost?

Omboarding covers everything you need to get started:

  • Account setup and configuration
  • Importing your existing data
  • Team training sessions
  • Customized workflow alignment

Standard and Pro plans include a guided launch with an Electrolytix specialist to make sure your system fits the way you actually work.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are fully up and running within 6 weeks.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can change plans anytime as your team grows or your needs evolve.

Do you integrate with tools we already use?

Yes. Electrolytix connects seamlessly with QuickBooks for Contractors, making it easy to keep your job costs, invoices, and reports in sync.

For other software or unique systems, we handle integrations on a case-by-case basis. Our team will review your tools during onboarding and help determine the best way to connect them to Electrolytix, through direct setup or via our API.
