Scheduling Enhancements: Our new features now enable users to send notifications of schedule updates, ensuring everyone stays in sync and up-to-date. 

User/Role/Privilege Reports: We’ve added reports that show mapping from users to roles and roles to privileges, enhancing administrative control and transparency.

PDF Conversion Utility: Users can now convert generated documents to PDF, adding convenience and versatility. 

Shipment Tracking: We have integrated tracking for FedEx and UPS shipments, enabling easy monitoring of materials purchased for jobs. 

Service Enhancements: Our system now supports multiple trips for service tickets, increasing efficiency and organization. 

Time Zones Support: The system can now support time zones based on User, Office, and Facility, bringing personalized convenience to each user.

Export Utilities for Integration: Jobs and service tickets can now be exported for integration with third-party notifications, expanding interoperability. 



     Purchasing Improvements: We’re working on combining material lists with material needed vs orders placed vs orders received, aimed at streamlining the purchasing process. 

     Free Estimating Version: We’re excited to launch a limited free introductory version of the product, allowing potential users to explore its capabilities. 

     Digital Signatures: We plan to integrate the e-signing of documents, making contract signing and approval processes faster and more secure. 

     Inventory Integration with QuickBooks: Our upcoming update will integrate invoice data with QuickBooks, simplifying accounting tasks. 

     QuickBooks Online Integration: We’re broadening our integration capabilities with additional QuickBooks online data to provide a seamless financial management experience.
